The Beat Goes On

Well, no news from the Department of State yet on whether or not I'll be sent into the maelstrom, but I figured I'd post on this for any of you who might read this but not, say, look at a news paper or watch CNN (what's wrong with you, by the by?). 

So according to The Washington Post Israeli ground forces have entered Gaza and are going to be there for a while. This does not bode well for the trip, though I still maintain that in the face of this increased violence the point of this docu is more pertinent than ever.

Anyway, I have nothing more to say.

Oh, damn, that's a lie.

I got my passport. I am not sure if I already stated that. Since I've got that, all the preparations on my end are over. Now I just need to see what the government says.
